“Wedding planning is naturally chaotic and difficult, and I am grateful to say the photography planning process was the only thing I did not stress about at all for our wedding. Emily is not only well-organized, but a terrific communicator and the perfect balance of professional but personal. From the first message, Emily's intentionality and thoughtfulness showed through her work and immediately stood out to my partner and me. Emily was with me every step of the way and when I had difficult moments with other portions of planning, Emily went above and beyond and assisted however she could-- offering vendor ideas, editing timelines, creatively brainstorming solutions, and being someone kind to cry to.
Leading up to the wedding day, I was terrified that my family would take over the photos and make the whole day about what they wanted. I shared this concern with Emily on the front end and she was so reassuring and helped me build a plan for the day so we could point to the timeline if things started going awry. On the day of the wedding, when my family started in, Emily was cool, professional, and so nice to my family they had no problem doing whatever she asked of them! (Still in literal awe of this btw)”

“Emily was one of my favorite vendors to work with for the wedding. We used her for our engagement, wedding and rehearsal dinner photos. She is kind, relaxed and professional. Emily made planning easy and fun and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. We received our images so quickly—it felt like they were ready as soon as we got home from the honeymoon! I loved when she started sharing sneak peaks on Instagram right after the wedding. It got me so excited to see what was next! I felt like I was in great hands on the wedding day—she kept things moving and got every shot I wanted. Emily was great about incorporating my special requests and creatively captured the day. I’m so glad Emily was my wedding photographer. I couldn’t have asked for a better fit!”

“Working with Emily was everything I could ask for when planning my wedding last April! She has such a calming spirit where it feels as if you've been friends with her for a long time- I had no idea how important that quality alone was necessary for our wedding day.
The planning process was thorough and covered any and all questions I had to ensure I had the pictures I was looking for but as well as knowing I can trust her completely as a professional. We met 2-3x formally before the wedding itself but she was always an email or message away with a timely response. It was also fun being friends with her on instagram prior to our wedding as she got to know me and my husband via my perspective thus a more personal experience come wedding day.

“I could not have been happier with the way that our day was captured. From the small moments to the formal portraits, to reception party time, everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I say that our day was pure magic, and Emily played a huge part in that. She made us feel so cared for. She gave us space to have sweet moments as a couple, but also
made sure we had so much fun with our people. The flow of the day was so easy! I just got told where to be and Emily and our wedding planner helped execute my vision. I felt so heard, cared for, and acknowledged even through the chaos of a wedding day.
Our bridal portraits are amazing. So full of love and so sweet, and so beautifully captured. Same with our family portraits! However, some of my favorite pictures are the in between moments. So moments right before the posed shot, walking out to the car between the ceremony and the reception, air drumming at the reception with my dad, all of those sweet

“Emily is truly the most amazing photographer in every way. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera especially since neither of us have ever taken professional pictures. She made the experience so fun and easy!
She was so supportive and helpful with any planning questions from the very beginning and helped us gather a timeline for the day of our wedding. She also gave us so much insight into the wedding experience and helped with over all planning as well!
She was beyond generous with our wedding day and went out of her way to make sure every picture that we asked for was taken. She was so kind with guests (even when we had a ton of guests trying to play photographer!!)- she never complained and would let every one else get their shots in and was sooo helpful with making sure they had their pictures along with our professional pictures. I was extremely impressed!
She helped plan a schedule for all of our pictures and honestly this was so helpful with making sure all family knew where to be and when! She also made sure we were not taking pictures for long periods of time and still got all of our amazing shots.
I literally cannot say enough on how thankful we were to have Emily as our photographer! She is truly the best and ALL of our guests came up to us multiple times to let us know how much they loved her!! “

“I really enjoyed my experience working with Emily to capture the big moments of our engagement and our wedding day! I knew that I wanted my photographer to not only deliver beautiful photographs but also make us feel comfortable on our wedding day. She did just that!
She kept everything running smoothly and punctually, while at the same maintaining a joyful and peaceful presence. During the whole process Emily communicated well, set proper expectations, and was so kind to answer any questions I had. I planned the wedding in a short time frame, and she was more than helpful to offer her expertise specifically regarding the flow of the day and photograph timing.
